Lipman set for Wood bow
Boreham Wood striker Austin Lipman could make his home debut in the FA Cup first-round clash with Sky Bet League One side Carlisle.
The on-loan Arsenal forward enjoyed a dream debut, scoring one goal and making another in his side's 6-0 victory over Chelmsford. He is expected to keep his place in the side for Saturday's cup tie.
The Wood are used to facing Football League opposition at this stage of the competition after taking on Brentford in the first round last season.
Manager Ian Allinson is hopeful of causing an upset. He told the club's official website: "It is a one off occasion that lasts 90 minutes and we need to believe."
Carlisle will be without new loan signing Max Ehmer and Lee Miller.
Ehmer has not been given permission to play by parent club QPR so Danny Livesey could be recalled, while striker Miller sits out the second game of his four-match ban.
Conor Townsend has been given permission to play by his parent club Hull and should resume at left-back after returning from suspension in the midweek draw with Wolves.
Utility-man Chris Chantler is hoping to be back in contention after missing out on Tuesday night. He made his first appearance in nine months last weekend following an ankle injury.
