Carlisle United today signed Shrewsbury midfielder Anthony Griffith on an 18-month deal, the News and Star have reported.
The 28-year-old completed a move to Brunton Park today and will go straight into Keith Curle's side to face Wimbledon on Saturday.
Griffith trained with the Carlisle squad today after agreeing terms.
The former Port Vale player joined the Blues after agreeing to cut short his one-year contract with Shrewsbury.
There is no fee involved for the defensive midfielder, who has two international caps for Montserrat.
Griffith has managed only six appearances for the high-flying Shrews since joining them last summer.
