Cherries manager Kevin Bond, who was speaking to Bournemouth's Official Website, talked about the game against the Blues tomorrow afternoon, the ex-Newcastle and Portsmouth coach mentioning the need for his side to build on their FA Cup hammering of Boston United last Saturday :

"They (Carlisle) are a good footballing side. Their form away from home isn't as good as they'd like. They are just off a play-off spot so they'll be thinking they can get in amongst it if they improve their away form.

"We're at home on the back of a good win from last week. I'd like us to carry on where we left off from last week and build on that win. It's nice to be at home again too because we'd had most of our games away from home and not many of our fans had seen us play yet and we'll be looking to put in another good performance.

"I can't see there being many changes from our camp on Saturday. We performed well last week and did well in large spells in what we'd worked on in training. We've been working hard in training and it was good to see things come together. We're not getting carried away and I don't want to be changing too many things from week to week unless I have to.

"The players have been very responsive since I've been here. It's been disheartening when you get beaten, but I don't think a stranger coming in would have seen that we were a side without a win for a long period of time. But there is no doubt you do get that added spring in your step when you win."

Meanwhile Cherries striker James Hayter, who scored the third goal in Bournemouth's 4-0 home FA Cup victory over Boston last weekend, said :

"It was a weight off the mind to get that first win. It was a good result and a decent performance and we won it quite comfortably although they were in the division below. Last year we lost to Tamworth so they're all tricky ties.

"Carlisle have had a decent start, but we'll be looking to win the game as we do with all our home games. They're a tough team, have adapted to the division well, but we've got to concentrate on what a good side we can be.

"It was nice to be on the scoresheet, it's what I enjoy doing. I've been playing a bit deeper and not had as many chances as I'd have liked, but I'll be looking to carry that forward. As a team we've been creating more chances so hopefully we can continue like that."

Missing from the Bournemouth team tomorrow will be defender Callum Hart who has a badly bruised knee, an injury he sustained in a reserve team friendly defeat against Charlton on Tuesday afternoon. In contention to be in the Cherries squad though is fellow defender Karl Broadhurst who played 45 minutes of that match against the Addicks as he continues his comeback from a knee problem.

Definitely out will be Warren Cummings who is sidelined after having surgery to remove a plate in his left leg, Cummings missing the whole of last season with a broken leg.
Also watching from the stands will be Shaun Cooper (knee) who hasn't played for seven weeks and Marcus Browning (calf) who has been out of action for five weeks. Moving out of the Fitness First Stadium today is 19-year old midfielder James Coutts who has joined Nationwide Conference outfit Grays Athletic on loan for a month.

The referee for tomorrow's match is Dean Whitestone from Northamptonshire, and he will be assisted down the lines by Simon Hooper from Wiltshire and Ron James from Buckinghamshire, meanwhile the fourth official will be Andrew Rodda from Devon.
