Town manager Russell Slade spoke to Yeovil's Official Website about the match against United tomorrow afternoon, his side's 1-0 defeat at home to Millwall last weekend and the impact of his two new loan signings from Stoke and Ipswich respectively, Peter Sweeney and Martin Brittain :

"We do make a habit of bouncing back and I'd like to think that can continue. And it is important that we bring something back from there, but it won't be an easy test. We're in there fighting though and there is still a lot of football to play.

"Some days you have a bad day, but I was still disappointed as we missed a lovely opportunity to really put pressure on the other teams at the top of the table. But you can't rely on others. You have to do something about it yourself, and having worked so hard against Bradford City the previous week (which Yeovil won 2-0) to get nothing from our efforts on Saturday was disappointing. Looking back, however, we probably didn't deserve anything and certainly didn't deserve three points.

"I thought Peter did alright in the first-half. I thought he faded a little in the second, but that is probably as a result of him not playing much recently, but yes he showed some touches of class. I think that he has the right attitude to do well here. Martin did well too and wanted to get on the ball which was encouraging. I just hope that those two can make a good impact and help us push on."

In Glovers team news skipper Terry Skiverton is likely to be fit after suffering from a virus recently, and Town will also be able to call on Southampton-loanee striker Leon Best who has extended his loan spell at Huish Park for a third and final month after scoring seven times in twelve games for the Somerset outfit.

Yeovil have no players suspended for the game tomorrow although they do have a few injury problems. Midfielder Paul Terry, brother of Chelsea's John, is out with a long-term knee problem, as is defender Mark Lynch, meanwhile ex-Accrington midfielder Anthony Barry is sidelined with a knee ligament injury and striker Lee Morris misses out with a calf strain.

The referee for tomorrow's match is Eddie Ilderton from the Tyne and Wear area, and he will be assisted down the lines by Mo Matadar from Blackburn and Paul Simpson from County Durham. Meanwhile the fourth official will be Burnley fan Neil Yates from Lancashire who infamously got into hot water with the Football Association for describing Blackpool as "donkey lashers".
