Oldham’s Rotherham-loanee wideman David Worrall spoke to the official Latics website ahead of his current side’s League One game against Carlisle at Brunton Park, Worrall talking about a good recent run for Oldham:

"We're unbeaten in seven now and out of the 14 games I've been here, we've only lost two or three so my record for the club is alright. I'd like to get a few more wins and finish the season on a high. We still need points but we've got our own aim. That is to go unbeaten until the end of the season, hopefully get a couple of wins, get closer to mid-table and finish on a high so the lads can take it into next season and hopefully have a good year.

“I’ve enjoyed my time here as well. “I would love to stay here and the staff, the gaffer and the lads know that. I think it would be a good move for me, to get the games I was missing at the start of the season.  I have loved the way I have been treated but it is not in my hands. I just want to be playing and if I can’t get that at Rotherham then a decision is going to have to be made where I go out and look to get that.”

In team news for the Latics tomorrow afternoon they will be missing two teenage players through injury, left-back Jack Truelove out having suffered serious knee ligament damage way back in August, while striker Rhys Turner is absent with a hamstring problem. That meaning that centre-half Generic Kusunga and midfielder Anton Rodgers appear to have recovered from respective hamstring and knee injuries. Finally at Boundary Park this week, defender Adel Gafaiti has returned to parent club Norwich City at the end of a one-month loan spell with the Latics.

The referee for tomorrow's match is Paul Tierney from Wigan and he will be assisted down the lines by Paul Curry from Morpeth and Darren Handley from Bolton. Meanwhile, the fourth official is Paul Kettlewell from Lancaster.
