"Last year we were losing at half-time and we scored four goals in the second period, so I think they might be wary at half-time, don't you? Don't get me wrong, it's a difficult game and they're playing very well. In midweek they were unlucky against Nottingham Forest, they hit the woodwork twice and Forest scored against the run of play.
"It's a tough game, a really tough game and we know we've got to be on our mettle. Hopefully that'll cement a real positive mental approach to the game and we can go there and play with some confidence and try to pick up something."
In squad news for the Glovers, utility player Matthew Rose has been ruled out of tomorrow's clash after picking up a thigh strain in last Saturday's 0-0 home draw with Bristol Rovers. While midfielder Paul Warne misses the rest of the season with a stress fracture to his fifth metatarsal.
Two other players definitely out of action are goalkeeper Steve Mildenhall and left-back Nathan Jones. Mildenhall should return to training next week after being out with a knee ligament injury, while Jones, also after this weekend, will be going for a scan on his fractured elbow.
Finally, recent loan signing, in 19-year old striker Aidan Downes from Everton, has only just returned to training at Huish Park after suffering knee ligament trouble last week. The best bit of news for Town boss Russell Slade being that frontman Andy Kirk's minor hamstring strain has settled down and he will available for selection.
To compensate for his current crop of injuries, and planning for the future, Slade has recently made two signings of players who were plying their trade on non-contract deals way down the non-league pyramid.
20-year old left-back Nathan Smith joining from Potters Bar Town in the Ryman League Division One North, while centre-half Rob Fitzgerald, 19, comes from Hillingdon Borough in the catchily-titled British Gas Business South and West Division One.
The last bit of current player news from Huish Park being the fact that the club are giving a trial to 32-year old former West Ham winger Shaun Newton. Newton, released by Leicester City in January, currently being an out-of-contract free agent.
The referee for tomorrow afternoon's match is pantomime villain Scott Mathieson from Stockport in Cheshire, and he will be assisted down the lines by Billy Khatib from Sunderland and Ian Nolan from Rochdale. Meanwhile the fourth official is Paul Kettlewell from Lancaster.
