" My goal couldn't have come at a better time, we have had the half-time and we all thought that we were unlucky to be two goals down. The second goal there was a pull on Murph (Peter Murphy) and the referee (Andy Haines) hasn't seen it. So we went in there all revved up and we have got that early goal which was important. We said at half-time that if we get one then we will go on and win the game, and that is what we have done.
" That is exactly what we said as soon as we went in at half-time, we said that if we get one goal then we will go on and win the game. We got the goal after a minute or whatever it was and it has got us right back in the game, from there we have done the full second-half. We had that little bit of luck at the end where Tim (Krul) has spilled one and the boy (Aaron Wilbraham) has put it over the bar, but I think that we deserved that luck in the end.
" I have said all along that the bid came in and it got rejected so end of story. The press will do whatever they want to do with it. They will go on and on about it but I am a Carlisle player and I am happy, I am scoring goals and we are moving up the table so life doesn't get any better at the minute. It is a team game and we are all on the up now and it can only be a positive thing for Carlisle and the town.
" The four recent games that we have played have been against teams who are in and around the play-offs as well. We've got MK Dons who are sitting second, Leeds and Oldham who are both around the play-offs and then Huddersfield were when we played them. So we are beating the teams who are in and around the play-offs and if we can pick up some more results on the road and keep our home form going then I am sure that we will be fine and we can push up that league.
" I had two days with the flu this week, I have just been checked by the doctor there and he says that he I am slowly getting better, which is pleasing. I just want to play football and I have done that today, and we have got the three points which is the main thing. "
