"We're particularly happy for the fans, the ones who made the long journey up to Carlisle were great and there were quite a few of them, more than expected really. Big thanks obviously go out to them, because they would have had to go home and get up for work.
"There's a big spirit around the place at the moment, but that's the Millwall thing. The players and the fans have a good thing going there, so it's just onto the next game now.
"Jon (Obika) probably hasn't had the look in he wanted, which is unfortunate from his point of view, but maybe his presence has spurred the others on to do what they have since he's been here.
"Shaun (Batt) put in a good performance at Carlisle, and he looked really good working with Steve (Morison). We've got Neil Harris to come back and he's been doing really well with Steve also, so there's some real good options there.
"He's had ten or fifteen minutes here and there out of position on the left-wing, but we've got him and we're very happy with that. People can ask why we've got him, but we'll never know what our forwards would have been doing if we hadn't brought Jon in.
"You can't ever have too many good players. The idea is to have as many top players and, in particular, as many top forwards as you can. If they're all vying for those two spots and you have four or five players ready to come in, then if one has a bad game you can shift it around pretty quickly."
