United targetman Lee Miller spoke to BBC Radio Cumbria's James Phillips following Carlisle's 1-1 League One opening day draw away to Stevenage, Miller first talking about the ankle injury that saw him have to be substituted in the 57th minute:
"I am obviously disappointed that I had to come off because I just want to play every game and try to score to help the team, but I couldn't play on. I just went over on my ankle, I fell on it, a lot of weight, and twisted it so we will see how it is tomorrow. It is just precautionary, I have got the boot on and get some ice on it and we'll see how it is tomorrow, so just go from there.
"It felt good to be back, my groin felt really good, I felt as though I was linking up well and then obviously go over on my ankle, hey ho, these things happen. They made it hard for us but I think we had a really good team performance today, I thought we could have nicked it as well, they just obviously got the little break at the end there.
"But, I thought the boys were brilliant, Danny Cadamarteri coming on was tremendous and Matt Robson took his goal really well, he is getting further up the pitch and he is reaping the benefits from it. Danny was brilliant, held the ball up really well, won his headers and put them under severe pressure, which was great for an out ball for us, it is tremendous.
"Robbo is benefitting from being further up the pitch, he has got a great strike on him, you have seen that before with his free-kicks and stuff and hopefully he can chip in with a few more goals. It is great that the whole team is chipping in with goals and we are going to need that throughout the whole season.
"I think we have got a few youngsters coming through as well, I thought Bradley Potts did really well today, he is obviously coming on leaps and bounds. He is getting experience from the likes of Danny Livesey and Mike Edwards at the back and hopefully he can kick on from there. I think we have got a lot of youth and experience and I think it can only stand us in good stead."
