" In a game like this, if you can win this kind of game then of course the character you are talking about makes for a happy dressing-room, even more than last week. They were not that good I thought but if you see the change when they scored, honestly, we had the feeling that the referee in the first-half was just against us.
" We walked in the changing-room at half-time with the gaffer (Greg Abbott) and he said that we would could win it 3-2, 4-2 or 5-2. Honestly with the character we showed when we walked out we expected to score a quick goal when we came out and we did. The first goal was the most important thing, it was the first thing that we said to each other, to just get out there and put pressure on them in the first five or ten minutes. They said to me to just kick it long and put pressure on the centre-backs, and they couldn't cope with it I think.
" I think that the two managers are going to speak to each other about my loan, Greg and Joe Kinnear. They are going to speak to each other I think maybe tonight or tomorrow and then we just see what the chances are. So I am just waiting for that, the clubs have to decide with each other what is best. We just wait and see what happens tomorrow when they speak to each other and then we can say more. At the moment I don't know, we just have to see what they say to each other.
" I expected that it was going to be good here but the last nine games have been honestly more than just fun I think, it has been really good. The fans are singing my name now so in the short-term I am really happy with that as well. Hopefully we can extend the loan, how we have played in the last four or five weeks has just been amazing and if we can keep that going, like I said last week, we can look up in the table now and just keep going. "
Meanwhile Joe Anyinsah commented on his goal in his second debut for Carlisle :
" It was a great debut for me personally, it was nice to get on and get a goal. Obviously it was a great result and a great comeback from the boys and the spirit is high at the moment. I don't think that my goal even got deflected to be honest, it was as clean as a whistle. A little bit of luck but I will take them anyway they come. I wasn't in the dressing-room at half-time to be honest because I was doing my warm-up. Obviously the boys were 2-0 down and it was important to get an early goal in the second-half, and we managed to do that.
" It was a great reception from the crowd for me, I love it, every time that I have come back with Preston in pre-season and when I was at Brighton they always give me a great reception, so that is always a positive thing. Competition for places is healthy, it keeps Cleveland (Taylor) on his toes, he is playing well at the moment but if he slips up then I am ready and willing to go. I have told the gaffer (Greg Abbott) that so competition can only be healthy for the team, it is only going to make Carlisle United a better squad and team. "
