United striker Vincent Pericard spoke to BBC Radio Cumbria's James Phillips on Friday evening before Carlisle's League One game at Gillingham tomorrow, Cameroon-born Pericard first talking about the draw his country received in the World Cup this evening :

" I think it is a group where we are going to finish third, it will be hard because the Netherlands are a great team. We have got to go for second and get through, obviously no game will be easy and I am sure the lads will have to work hard for it.

" As for England, the United States are a team who have improved since the last World Cup so I am not saying it is going to be easy. Algeria have always done well in African cups so that is going to be a tricky game as well. There are no easy games so they still have to watch out.

" Greg Abbott is making sure we don't let our guard down tomorrow or become sloppy. Just make sure that we take every game like it is a new game, we still need everyone to work hard to get the result in the end. So the manager is definitely making sure that we go into the game tomorrow very much ready.

" Decision time for me here is obviously coming very soon because I will have to give the manager an answer. Of course if I am going he will have to look for someone else and if he if I am staying then we go on, but at the moment there is still nothing, I am waiting and we will see. "
