" It wasn't our best game, we have to take it on board and learn from the mistakes. I think we showed some character today and we never gave up. We got a point in the last five minutes which gives us lots to keep working on. All the other results I think went for us a little bit, even losing the game wouldn't have been the most important thing. We didn't lose though and that it is very important for our head. We haven't been beaten for the last four games, that is very important for us and it gives us something to keep going on and working on.
" If every time you don't get what you want then you get frustrated. We were losing the game, and I don't think we deserved to be losing the game, we weren't playing well but they weren't doing much either. It was a mistake from us for their goal so sometimes you get the frustration. With that frustration we kept going, we never gave up and we got the reward at the end of the game.
" Millwall is always tough, I've played against them many times and it is never easy. It's another game though, from my point of view it's the most important game after today and that's one that we have to go there and win it. If with four unbeaten games we can't have any confidence then when can we have some? Personally I've got the confidence on top, 100% confidence, so we will come next week to prepare for that game and try to win it.
" Every time I start anything, in any competition, or trying in anything then I try to win everything. I want to win everything, I don't say anything at the beginning of the season. I will keep plugging in for those players because I think we have a good chance, if we do well in the last ten games then we will be there, but I don't know if we will get it or not. "
