Sources have apparently informed the Sussex newspaper that Reds' boss Steve Evans is looking to bring Gall in as soon as possible to cover for injured ex-Halifax winger Lewis Killeen. Crawley boss Steve Evans commenting : "I don't know where you've got that from. I can't confirm it but I can't deny it either."
Judging by that comment it looks like the deal could be a go-er, but where that leaves Gall's current loan spell at Lincoln City is anybody's guess. The Merthyr-born forward having linked up with the Sincil Bank club in late July, after turning down the offer of a two-year contract at Cheltenham, on loan until the 5th of January.
The 26-year old started the first six games of the season with the Red Imps, but the successful signing of Romanian striker Adrian Patulea has seen Gall drop to the bench in Lincoln's last five matches, from which he has only made two substitute appearances. Gall has failed to find the net in his two and a half months with City, so could he now be out of Peter Jackson's plans?, well it looks like a case of wait and see.
