Everything you need to know about CUFC season tickets, from the official site

Carlisle United Football Club have today announced a freeze on Adult, Senior and Young Person season ticket prices for a fourth consecutive season, with a restructure of Junior (under-17) prices to reflect a drive to attract fans of the future to Brunton Park.

Season ticket prices for the 11 to 17 year old age group have been standardised, with seated area tickets priced at £150 and terraced area tickets priced at £100 - a saving of £80 on match day prices for a seat, and £130 on match day prices for entry to the terraces for our younger fans.

In addition, match day entry for the Junior age groups has been frozen at pre-sale prices with NO price increase for under-17s on the day of the game. Season tickets for under-11 supporters remain frozen at £10 for all areas of the stadium, and under-7s will continue to gain free access (under-7s and under 11s must be accompanied by an adult).

The Young Person's category for people aged 18 to 22, with admission from as little as £10 per game – or less than £9 with a season ticket – remains, and our popular family packages have been reduced by £10 to reflect the removal of the match day price increase for our Junior category.

All season ticket holders will continue to receive a range of exclusive benefits, including 25% off ALL travel on the Virgin Trains network throughout the coming campaign.

Following an excellent uptake last season the exclusive ‘Renewal’ period will run again for our existing season ticket holders, between Tuesday 7 April and Tuesday 5 May, offering an excellent four-match saving on entry when compared to match day prices.

And all those who purchase within the ‘Renewal’ period will automatically be entered into a draw, from which six lucky people will be selected to receive a full refund on the total cost of their season ticket!

Payment by direct debit, spread over 10 months, provides an extremely effective method of completing your season ticket purchase with over 500 people choosing to pay in this way as they pledged their support to the Blues for less than £10 per week over the course of the last two campaigns.

Our ‘Early Buy’ period, running from Wednesday 6 May to Friday 12 June, offers a three-game saving with the standard season ticket, on sale from Monday 15 June, frozen at two-game saving for the second season in a row.

Ticket office manager Tarn Simmons said: “We have spoken to our season ticket holders, particularly during the summer months last year, and the feedback we got was all about simplifying and reducing cost for our younger fans.

“Free entry for under-7s and the £10 season ticket for under-11s have been extremely well received and we are delighted to be able to continue with that for the 2015/16 season. The standardisation of entry prices for the seated and terraced areas for our 11 to 17 year old fans should make things much simpler. And, with price reductions of up to £61 in this category compared to last year, we hope this will lead to seeing even more young faces cheering the lads on this time round.

“The four-game saving on ‘Renewal’ purchases was extremely well received last year and we are delighted to be able to offer that again to our existing season ticket holders. In conjunction with the very simple to use direct debit system of payment, and the savings to be made the earlier the ticket is purchased, we feel that our season ticket pricing structure offers an attractive way for our fans to support their team next season.”

Managing director John Nixon said: “With the work done on bringing new investment into the club the focus is very much on fans of the future, and we think the review of prices for the 11 to 17 year old age group will help with that.

“Our pricing structure across the categories compares favourably with other clubs in our division and our aim remains the same, to improve all aspects of the football club on and off the field.

“Our supporters play a huge part in that and we thank them all, including our season ticket holders, for staying with us through what has been a tough period. The restructure of the club off the pitch has placed us in a much stronger position going forward and we hope that will be reflected in performances and results on the pitch.”
