He moved to the League Two promotion challengers initially on a one-month loan deal and has scored two goals for the Saddlers, both of those coming on his debut in a thumping 4-1 win over mid-table Barnet at the Bescot Stadium.
The 31-year-old had a successful temporary spell with Carlisle earlier this season where he made eight appearances for the Brunton Park side. However on his return to the Britannia Stadium in January, after suffering from a calf problem at United, he has found his chances in the Potters team limited.
