The Blues have got pretty much all they could have asked for in the draw as they were the first card drawn out by Tim Lovejoy on Soccer AM this morning.

That meant a home draw for United against Conference outfit Kidderminster and the avoidance of a five hour coach journey to either Hereford or the Harriers in late January.

The Worcestershire side are currently having a disappointing season in their first campaign back in the Conference after relegation from the Football League last year.

They currently sit 16th in the table and have only won two of their ten games away from home in the League. Their poor run of form of late has seen them only win once in their last eight Conference outings, that being a 3-1 home win over Dagenham and Redbridge.

Manager Stuart Watkiss paid for that struggling start to the season with his job on the 7th of December, ex-Walsall midfielder Martin O'Connor being handed the reins on a temporary basis. O'Connor is still in charge after three weeks at the helm although Burnley coach, and one-time Harriers stalwart, Mark Yates, is the latest name to be linked with the post as club chairman Barry Norgrove looks for a permanent manager.

United will be confident of progression to the Northern Area Final against a side in the League beneath them after three tough ties against League One opposition. The Blues will certainly need to be on their guard though against a side who have already knocked out three Football League sides in Darlington, Boston and Bradford City to reach this stage.
