Youth Team League Weekend Update

With Macclesfield's match against Walsall falling foul of the recent wet weather, and the Youth Alliance Cup scheduled for the weekend, only two games, one in each division, went ahead on Saturday morning. Bury cementing their second place in Group A with a 3-1 win at Blackpool while Shrewsbury defeated Wrexham at home by the same scoreline in a lowly Group B battle. Carlisle's next match is this coming Saturday when they face a tough trip to a free-scoring Preston North End outfit.
