Carlisle United remain the only unbeaten side in the Nationwide Conference after clinically disposing of an error-ridden Leigh RMI outfit.
United were struggling with injuries but still had far too much class for the lowly hosts to trouble them.
Carlisle took the lead in the 12th minute when an error by Martin Moran allowed Brendan McGill to fire home from a tight angle.
Leigh equalised in the 34th minute when Matt Glennon punched the ball straight to Gareth Stoker who chipped the ball into the back of the empty net.
The Cumbrians retook the lead three minutes after the interval when McGill rifled home his second and they added a third in the 67th minute when the Leigh defence failed to clear the ball and Tom Cowan slotted home.
Leigh pushed forward in the vain hope of getting back into the game and Paul Simpson's side took full advantage.
They added a fourth goal courtesy of Chris Billy in the 77th minute with Peter Murphy and Craig Farrell adding further efforts in stoppage time to complete the rout.
